For an average internet user, it is very usual to take notes while surfing the web. This one is a simple user friendly HTML5 notepad app. This app saves the notes in a bookmark and saves it on exit. So the notes are synchronized along with bookmarks. (Assuming you're eanbled sync for chrome bookmarks)
