If that’s the case then this smartphone is absolutely fantastic, offering great power at a great price. On the other hand, it might also be the STE Novathor U8420 (same as the Galaxy S3 Mini) as we know for a fact that Android 4.1 Jelly Bean has been ported to work on that chipset.
