Micromax A89 Ninja smartphone with dual-core processor appears on Micromax website

After launching a wave of Smarty smartphones, now Micromax has silently added an A89 Ninja smartphone to it’s Ninja family. This smartphone comes well equipped with features like dual-core processor, Android 4.0 (ICS) when compared to the previous Ninja smartphone A87 Ninja 4.0 which features a single-core 1 GHz processor and Android Gingerbread OS.

It houses a dual-core 1 GHz Mediatek MT6577 chipset, 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen and a 3 MP rear camera. For storage this smartphone offers 2 GB internal memory, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM and supports external memory through microSD slot.This smartphone also supports features like 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS for connectivity.

Price and availability of this smartphone are not yet revealed.
